Challenge/Situation

After running CRM for Professionals™ on premise for a number of years without upgrades, Petrinovich Pugh & Company (PPC) wanted take advantage of the latest version of CRM for Professionals™ as well as simplify the management of their systems portfolio by migrating to the Dynamics® CRM Online environment. This CRM Online migration also positioned PPC to take advantage of other integrated Office365 services.

Solution

PPC and Templeton Solutions formed a small project team and quickly reconfirmed relationship management, sales and marketing needs. Working remotely, Templeton Solutions migrated configurations and data into CRM for Professionals™ on Microsoft CRM Online, performed refresher training, and supported PPC’s re-deployment to the firm.

Result

By migrating to a cloud version of CRM for Professionals™, PPC no longer spends time monitoring and maintaining the CRM platform and connections to on premise Exchange. Upgrades to CRM for Professionals™ and the CRM Online platform are delivered effortlessly through remote administration by Microsoft and Templeton Solutions. Users benefit from increased, secure access to client and prospect information from a variety of devices.
