Challenge/Situation

As a full-service real estate company with multiple divisions and offices throughout Florida and North Carolina, Stiles wanted a CRM system to consolidate and share property and lease information, document construction project data, improve sales processes and pipeline visibility, provide management reporting, and help document and manage relationships.

Solution

Templeton Solutions worked with Stiles to understand the challenges Stiles faced and developed a CRM system that institutionalized Stiles’ decades of data and relationships using Dynamics® CRM. Templeton and Stiles formed a joint project team to document and define business requirements, enhance and configure the system to specifications. Executive and end users were jointly trained on CRM Online and integrated features of Office 365, along with Templeton’s Firm Connections™ advanced relationship mapping feature.

Result

Stiles has a completely cloud-based sales productivity and information access solution. Stiles personnel can now access Dynamics® CRM Online directly from within Outlook and web browsers for actionable information about the firm’s properties, leases, and projects whenever and wherever needed.
