TGI Office Automation started looking for a sales automation solution that could capture key relationship data across multiple locations. TGI chose Microsoft Dynamics CRM and then Templeton Solutions as their partner for growth. TGI now has a standardized and single process for opportunity tracking. Dashboards allow for salespeople to better target their day-to-day activities in the system. Management is also able to coach toward goal achievement and cross-sell of TGI’s wide range of services.
