West Palm Beach, Fla. – September 22, 2014 – Stiles, headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, selected Templeton Solutions to lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics® CRM Online throughout its organization. Stiles will initially deploy CRM Online for its construction, real estate brokerage and property management divisions.
With regional offices throughout Florida, and a new office in Charlotte, North Carolina, Stiles wanted a CRM system to consolidate and share information, improve sales processes and pipeline visibility, provide management reporting, and help document and manage relationships. Dynamics® CRM Online and Office 365, along with Templeton’s Firm Connections™ advanced relationship mapping features, provide Stiles with a completely cloud-based sales productivity and information access solution. Stiles personnel will access Dynamics® CRM Online directly from within Outlook, web browsers, and mobile devices for actionable information about the firm’s properties, leases, and projects whenever and wherever needed.
Templeton Solutions, a Microsoft Dynamics® CRM Gold Certified Partner, is a leader in Dynamics® CRM Online configuration and implementations for professional services firms, including architectural, engineering and construction (AEC) firms. Templeton is working with Stiles’ marketing and divisional management teams to design and configure the solution to Stiles specifications considering the unique needs of each division.
