TGI has transformed itself over the past several years from a standard copier dealer to a solutions-oriented company offering Hardware, software applications and services that meet the unique document needs of its customers.


TGI Office Automation started looking for a sales automation solution that could capture key relationship data across multiple locations. Their product portfolio is extensive and high quality sales and service is a differentiator in a highly competitive market. TGI chose Microsoft Dynamics CRM and then Templeton Solutions as their partner for growth. Templeton Solutions worked with key stakeholders in marketing and sales to build dashboards that incentivized the sales team to achieve their goals and provide the highest level of service response times.


TGI now has a standardized and single process for opportunity tracking. Dashboards allow for salespeople to better target their day-to-day activities in the system. Management is also able to coach toward goal achievement and cross-sell of TGI’s wide range of services.
